The hotel is just a short walk to the

Center of Oia. The room was spacious and clean, and the balcony provided fine views. There were a few times when we felt the amenities could have been better.

Staying at this place was such a pleasant surprise. The rooms were spacious and super clean with an very nice view of the sea and pool. Anna was a fantastic host, offering us great recommendations and a wonderful breakfast every morning.

beautiful and cozy apartment! Clean room with kitchen,and sheets are almost brand-new.Location is convenient and quiet, to the cliff and main attractions in Oia just within 5 minutes on foot. The owner is nice and helpful, and personally sent us to the port.Strongly recommended!!!

Honestly no complains at all. Small hotel set in the great area. The really kind and kind staff all round. Wonderful and absolutely perfect room and kitchenette. Soft beds and excellent facilities. Marvellous and amazing location, close to restaurants and bars.

The location is ideal, awesome for a serene escape while being a short walk from the lively area. Every morning, the delicious breakfast featured local delights, including Greek pastries and fresh fruit. Particularly Anna, were cute. The room was bright, well-equipped, and the private balcony offered a fine view. The pool area was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.

Very confortable, very nice view. We had a balcony with a view on the swimming pool and the sea. The swimming pool is quite big. All was perfect.

The host is very friendly! She gave us information about oia and free drinks! You stay in a room by itself like a small tower (greek style) and has everything you need! My daughter had its own bed upstairs! She loved it! The pool is great with a wonderful view of the caldera! Bus stop is a few meters away. Its 5 minutes walk from oia centre so its not in that panic ... Really quite and realx... Heaven on earth!

The ocean view was fine, but the sensors made the apartment too bright at night.

Anna and Kostos were really friendly. Always available if we needed them and provided transfer to and from the airport. The studios were very clean and well equipped. The balcony overlooked the pool area and had a view of the sea. The complex was close enough to walk to the village of Oia and near to bus stops, mini markets, car hire, etc but far enough away from the main road to be quiet and peaceful. Very relaxing holiday and would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Could not find anything that I did not like. Was above my expectations.

we loved everything about the apartment, it was always kept extremely clean and was very comfortable. the beds were very comfortable, the airconditioning worked well, the kitchen facilities were perfect to cook a nice meal. the location was great for what we were looking for, nice and quiet with a great view of the ocean. shops, restaurants and transport was very close and all within a very short walking distance. the owners of marias place were extremely helpful. on the first day we arrived we were given a map with marked locations of the local restaurants and shops, as well as a range of suggestions of popular activities to do in santorini. they also booked the activites for us and organsied transportation there. we were provided a transfer too and from marias place when leaving and arriving. the owners were particularly helpful when, i realised after leaving that a phone was left in the apartments, we contacted the owners the same day and recieved and immediate response, the phone was mailed back over the same day we left. the pool area was also great.

The location is peaceful, just a short walk from Oia. Anna, the host, is wonderful and eager to assist. The breakfast is satisfying, and the pool area is fantastic for relaxation. I did feel a lack of privacy around the pool and missed having laundry facilities .

It was a nice place, very friendly people and good location. Very clean, I would highly recommend this place.

Very welcoming and nice people. The room was very good and the location is just perfect : two minutes by foot from the walking street of Oia. The kitchen is well equipped and the pool is clean and nice.
